The Easter Bunny Visited!!!

Easter Basket found!!!
Looking through our goodies!

Blowing bubbles!

Hunter had a visit from the Easter Bunny at Papa and Nannie's house. He woke up curious to find his basket*. We went around the house trying to find it. Once it was found, he was so excited to see that he had a bubble blower, a Disney collection book, Raisenets, and a chocolate bunny. Both Adam and I love living through Hunter's excitement about life.
*Hunter's Easter basket is a basket made by Nannie. This is something we will cherish forever. Thank you Nannie.

Easter @ Papa and Nannie's House

Hunter in his Easter outfit.
Looking for eggs.
The kids were anxious to dig into their Easter Eggs.
Look at his full basket. I wonder how long this candy is going to last.

Sharing the pregnancy experience!

The last 2 years Papa and Nannie have hosted Easter for the family at their house. Hosting Easter for 40 people is not a simple thing to do, but somehow my mother always seems to pull it off. The weather was perfect. Lunch was delicious, thanks to the help of everyone who brought a dish. The kids ran around and had a blast. This year there were more than enough eggs to hide and the kids had a blast finding them. This is Colin's first year to actually getting to eat some of his treats. He loves candy and I think everyone is enjoying giving him some and watching him devour it.
As I have mentioned before, 404 Nesbitt Lane is all "abuzz" with pregnancy talk. It was fun to sit and listen to Martha talk about her 1st baby. Sara is ready for baby Evan to be here, but has a couple more months. I, at the time, did not know we were having a girl and everyone was making predictions that we were having a girl. Little did they know that they would be right.

Easter @ Annmother and Pops' House

Plowing the fields.
Hunter's first driving experience.

Getting goodies from Annmother and lovin' it.
From tricycle to a small bike in one year. He is growing up to fast.

Racing with Aunt Wendy!

Annmother and Pops house offers many fun experiences. From riding a tractor to riding a bicycle, Hunter loves going to see them. When we arrived, Pops was plowing the field. Hunter was able to help Pops finish plowing the field. He enjoyed every minute of it. He even was in charge of the steering wheel a few times. I think Pops is going to hire him for the summer to help out with his crops. Annmother surprised Hunter with some Easter goodies that included candy, which is Hunter's favorite new "food group". Aunt Wendy came to Ashland City to visit. They had a blast playing on the riding toys and entertaining us with their imaginations. Hunter is discovering that having Aunts that spoil him is a pretty cool thing.

3 Pregnant Sisters + Babies-R-Us = Trouble

Sara and Martha deciding on Boppy slipcovers.
Nannie, Martha, and Hunter registering for Pack'n'Play slip covers.

Hunter helping Aunt Martha register for glass bottles.

As many of you know, my sisters and I are all pregnant. Sara is due at the end of May, Martha and I share the same due date, August 27th. Sara and Martha are both having boys and we are having a girl. Life at 404 Nesbitt Lane, Madison, TN, is anything but bubbling with excitement.
Sara, Martha, Nannie, Hunter, and I made a trip to Babies-R-Us. Originally our plan was to look around with Martha and help her get some ideas of different things to register for. Within the first hour Martha decided to go ahead and register. Hunter had a really good time helping Aunt Martha with the register gun. In fact, I think they ended up registering for a few pink items on accident. After about 2 1/2 hours of walking around Babies-R-Us, we were all exhausted and ready to put our feet up. I am so lucky to be going through this pregnancy with my sisters. It is an experience we will never forget.
