Touch-A-Truck

Today was Touch-A-Truck day at the Fair Grounds. Hunter loves tractors, buses, trains, and trucks so I knew this was right up his alley. He was a little shy at first, but once he saw the bus the shyness flew out the window. He said the bus was his favorite, but we touched everything from a helicopter to a fire truck. Lots of fun. Rainy, but fun.
Pregnancy Update...everything is good at the moment. I find out more October 6th at our first ultrasound. I'm anxious to see the little heart beating. Other than being drained of energy, I'm feeling fine.
Job Update...I went from having no job to having 2 rather quickly. I will be teaching 2 college courses the Spring Semester at Virginia Intermont College. I have also been hired to teach part-time at Morrison School. I start the position at Morrison on Monday. This school is a very small private school that focuses on children with learning disabilities. I have 7 students in my class that range from 6 to 8 years of age. I am very excited about this position and know that this is what God has planned for me. I have been questioning what to do for so long it is good to know where I'm going now. I loved staying home with Hunter, but felt like I was missing something. My passion for teaching is so strong that it lead me to this position. I've got the "back to school" jitters, but know that no matter what will love being with kids again.

Helping Daddy @ Work

Adam is ready for things to calm down at The Olde Farm. He had his last big tournament this past week. Hunter and I went by to help him detail a few carts and prepare for the Harvest Cup. Hopefully by mid October things wills start to calm down at the course.
